To qualify for a return:

* Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

* Proof of purchase is required.

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

* Used personal care items

* Customized or special-order products

* Perishable food items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
